1. Where can I raise a support ticket?

To raise a ticket simply scroll down on the +You Club homepage, and under SUPPORT, click on “Visit Support Centre” or click on https://tickets.flickstree.com/. Once you are on the +You Club Support Center homepage, click on “Open a New Ticket”.

2. Do I need to create an account in the +You Support Center to raise a support ticket?

Yes. You need to create an account with your registered email address and mobile number in the +You Club Support Center to create a ticket.

3.How to create an account in the +You Club Support Center?

On the +You Club homepage, Under SUPPORT, click on “Visit Support Centre”.

Here, click on the “Create an Account” button. You will see an Account Registration form

Enter all the valid information in the form. Enter your +You Club registered email id and mobile number.

After you fill in all the details, click on the Register button. Your account will be created, and you will receive a confirmation email.

4.How will I know my Support Center account is created?

You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email id. You need to confirm your account by clicking on the link in the email to complete the registration. Only after confirming the account, you will be able to login to the account.

5.How to create a support ticket?

On the +You Club homepage, Under SUPPORT, click on “Visit Support Centre”.

Here,

  • Click on “Open a New Ticket”.
  • If you are here for the first time -
  • Click on the “Create an Account” button.

Enter all your details and click Register.

Note:

i. You must register with the same email id and phone number with which you created the +You Club account.

ii. You need to confirm your account by clicking on the link in the email after which you can sign-in to the account and create a ticket.

  • If you have already signed up -

Enter your registered email id and password and click on the “Sign-In” button.

After you login, fill in all the details for your ticket and click on “Create Ticket”.

6.Why do I see “Access denied” when I try to sign in to +You Club Support Center?

You need to first create an account to sign in to +You Club Support Center. If you try signing in without creating an account, you will get the “Access denied” message.

7.When will the customer support team respond to my ticket?

It will take a maximum of 2-buisness days to respond to the ticket.

8.Where can I check the status of my ticket?

On the +You Club home page, click on “Visit Support Centre”. You will be taken to the +You Club Support Center homepage.

Here, click on “Check Ticket Status”, sign in and you will be able to see the status of all your tickets.
